experienced, caring, professionals to help with your deepest concerns

photo by Jen GrayMany people are not sure where to turn when they need some help with emotional issues; there are many options.  This is why we pay attention from your very first contact with our office. If we don’t have the appropriate services for you, we will help make sure you get to the right place. We care.

Northwest Community Counseling Services is a private, licensed agency offering a broad range of services for individuals, couples and families. Open since 1985, we have a reputation for offering highly personalized care. Our offices and meeting rooms provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for personal consultation and group work.

Even with all of the changes in the health care system today, we will know you by name rather than by number. We will return your phone calls in a timely manner and we will listen deeply to your concerns.

We are a group of professionals who come from the disciplines of psychiatry, psychology, social work, professional counseling and addictions counseling. While we all have professional degrees and many years of experience, we also have a personal commitment to recovery. We have not forgotten that life is complicated at times and many of us need outside help.

We would like to announce the launch of our new program:

little helping hands

Our mission is to serve those in the community who are uninsured or underinsured.  Many people have catastrophic healthcare which would help with hospitalization or major surgery but little or no coverage for mental health.  Many too have policies with extremely high deductibles.

What we charge: We want to offer quality services to these families at an affordable sliding fee based on income and ability to pay.

Our services will include: assessment, short-term counseling and referral if needed.

Who will provide services:  certified and masters prepared counselors

When we will be available:  Clinic hours will be Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 to 8 starting March 1.
